Terms & Conditions

1. Services Provided

We offer mobile veterinary services including consultations, vaccinations, and preventative care for pets in their homes.

All services are carried out by a qualified veterinary surgeon registered with the RCVS (Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons).

2. Booking & Payment

  • All appointments must be booked in advance via our website or by contacting us directly.

  • Payment is due in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

  • We use Stripe to securely process all online payments.

  • Prices are clearly listed before booking.​

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before your scheduled time for a full refund.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.

  • Missed appointments (no answer or not home) are also non-refundable.

 

4. Client Responsibilities

By booking a service, you confirm that:

  • You are the legal owner or guardian of the pet(s) being treated

  • You have provided accurate medical and behavioural history

  • Your pet is safely contained and accessible for examination at your home

 

5. Limitations & Emergencies

  • We do not provide emergency or out-of-hours services.

  • If your pet is in need of urgent care, please contact your nearest emergency vet.

  • We reserve the right to decline or cancel any service if your pet’s condition is outside the scope of what can be safely treated at home.

 

6. Medications & Add-Ons

  • Any medications, flea/worming products, or additional services provided during the consultation are charged separately.

  • You will receive a secure payment link after the visit for any extras.

 

7. Liability

We take all reasonable steps to ensure your pet receives appropriate care. However, by using this service, you accept that:

  • Home visits carry inherent limitations compared to full veterinary clinics

  • We are not liable for complications arising from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client

 

8. Privacy & Data Protection

All personal information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We are committed to GDPR compliance and the protection of your data.

 

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the UK courts.
